Lawns must be soft in order to stake in the signs. We ask that you water the area heavily the night before.  We ask that our signs are not moved or altered in any way. Please turn off irrigation systems for the duration of the rental. We request at least one homeowner be aware of the delivery and understand that we may be on site at odd hours for the unique surprise.
